If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product in your order, we’re happy to refund it or provide a replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. For returns, a prepaid return label will be provided, and your refund will be issued as a credit via your original payment method once the product is received. Please allow additional time for your banking or financial institution to process your credit.

If for any other reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return any unused product (food items must be unopened) with the original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. Contact us and we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. A refund will be issued as a credit via your original payment method once the product is received.

Membership Returns

New memberships are non‑refundable. For existing memberships, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You have a 14‑day grace period after auto‑renewal to request a full refund in the event you didn't use the membership during the grace period.
